How it works

1. Your number stays your number. Customers keep calling it like always.
2. When you don't pick up (busy, no answer, after hours), your phone forwards the call to us.
3. An assistant answers. It says it's an assistant and that the call is recorded.
4. It takes the caller's name, what they need, where they are, how urgent it is, and when to call back.
5. You get the lead by text, and you or your team call them back.

What it won't do

It won't book jobs, quote prices, give advice, or take requests for things you don't do. If someone asks for something outside your services, it tells them politely and takes a message.

Will it work with my phone?

It uses your phone carrier's own call forwarding, which works with most US carriers and business phone systems. Some prepaid plans can't do it. We check your carrier before you pay anything, and we test it on your actual line during setup.
