These are the rules our assistant follows on every call. If a feature would break one of them, we don't build it.

1. It says it's an assistant. Every call starts with that, not a scripted human persona.
2. It says the call is recorded. At the start of the call, every time.
3. It never pretends to be the owner.
4. It never books an appointment. A person confirms every job.
5. It never invents availability or prices.
6. It never promises a callback time it can't keep.
7. It stays in its lane. No medical, legal, or emergency advice, and no taking requests for things the business doesn't do.
8. When it can't help, it says so and takes a message.
